I try to capture the essence of life
and movement in my sculpture commissions. I want the emotion
and history that exists beyond the stillness of
sculpture to be seen and felt.
Whether it be the struggle of the Cowboy to keep
tradition alive, the epic history of the American
Indian or the smile on a child's face, there exists
a story within each one of my commission sculptures. I strive
to discover and immortalize that story in hopes that
the experiences in our past and present culture are
never forgotten.
